Payment for good must be made in full on order unless othersie agreed. If a
final balance is applicable we will need to be paid when we contact you to
arrange delivery (usually 10 days before final delivery day).
Payment must be made in pounds sterling. Cards accepted are Visa, Delta,
Mastercard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo.
We retain ownership of goods until paid in full.
At any time after purchase we can correct any mistakes in pricing or
arithmetic.

Delivery is only available in England, Scotland and Wales. Certain post codes may be excluded.

The furniture you have purchased may be for self assembly'. This means that it will be delivered to your home flat packed for you to build.
For your convenience we can offer you the details of fully insured furniture assembly people who will come to your home and fit up everything you have purchased. The cost varies for each manufacture and type of furniture.

Kidz Bedroom Depot wants you to be entirely happy with your new purchase so if you decide you are not entirely happy with it or you have simply changed your mind then return the goods within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. (non furniture only) These goods must be delivered unopened (with any seal intact and unused, returned with any relevant other products received at the time.
Returning large items (furniture/delivered goods)
If you wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt (unopened), this can be done by contacting us and collection will be arranged. A standard collection charge of £50 will be applied. Original delivery charge will stand and unfortunately the loss of deposit.
If payment is made by cheque, there will be a waiting period of 7 days before the refund can be made.

It is the nature of wood that there are inevitably certain imperfections as will slight markings on self assembly furniture. We only deal with quality reputable manufacturers and although we make every effort we cannot guarantee that there won't be damages.
For this reason we ask you to carefully inspect all your furniture on the day of delivery or within a reasonable time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible by phone, fax or e-mail regarding those damaged items. (Where applicable please notify delivery team when you receive the goods) Please quote invoice number and any relevant product codes)
